I'm looking for suggestions on how to best clean out dust and lint from my speaker grills. My last 2 XL had things that got under the grill and I don't want to repeat that.

I've used a datavac for years on all the phones my wife and I have had with no issues. That thing is amazing for so many things

I do it frequently so it isn't too bad. I make sure I go horizontal and not into the speakers

I use a soft bristle toothbrush to clean the grills and the slight gap between the screen and the body.

I use a wet wipe and gently clean the grill and then use an air duster on an angle, seems to do the job perfectly

I use a makeup brush that works great, soft and sweeps all dust off and away from speaker grilles

I too have used a soft toothbrush gently and somewhat often.

I normally just play a video really loud lol. You just see all the dust blow out of the grill.
